After more than 40 years of hosting the Hudson Valley’s most exciting events, Anthony’s Pier 9 will be hosting its last event early this Summer.
Our employees, along with the guests we have served, are truly what have made Anthony’s Pier 9 such a unique and memorable place. We appreciate and value our staff, all whom will retain their employment with us.
Our team will continue to serve the community by providing exceptional service for the remaining events we are committed to. Bonura Hospitality Group will continue to operate its showcase facilities in the region, and will offer Anthony’s Pier 9 customers the opportunity to move their events to other company locations, including The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, The Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel, Shadows on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, West Hills Country Club in Middletown and a new outdoor venue on the Newburgh waterfront adjacent to Blu Pointe restaurant. While Anthony’s Pier 9 — the building — is closing its doors, our catering business is just moving two miles down the road.
As we say farewell to this landmark space, Bonura Hospitality Group has its eyes set on the future and is excited about new ventures including the reopening of our newest waterfront restaurant Pointe Grille this Spring. The Tradition at Red Hook, a front-porch-living village-style neighborhood in Red Hook, NY, and our newest endeavor: a $40 million investment at West Hills Country Club in Middletown which will invigorate the regional economy and create new jobs.
We could not be more grateful for the opportunity to serve the Hudson Valley Community. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all of the memories.
